Immunization Requirements

PPISD follows the Texas Administrative Code (TAC) for all school immunization requirements as mandated by law. Any student that does not meet the minimum vaccine requirements will not be allowed to enroll with the district.

A student may be provisionally enrolled only if the student meets the provisional enrollment criteria per TAC. See "Provisional Enrollment Flowchart" under files and/or contact your child's designated campus for more information.
