General Facility Use Agreement
Pilot Point ISD facilities are available for community use when such use does not interfere with instructional programs, student activities, or district operations. All outside organizations and individuals requesting use of district facilities must complete and submit a Facility Use Agreement and comply with all district policies, procedures, fees, and insurance requirements. Approval is contingent upon facility availability and district authorization.
General Athletic Facility Use Agreement
Pilot Point ISD athletic facilities may be requested for approved athletic, recreational, and community events that align with district policies and scheduling priorities. Due to the specialized nature of athletic spaces, additional requirements related to supervision, field maintenance, custodial services, equipment use, and participant safety may apply. All users must complete an Athletic Facility Use Agreement and receive district approval prior to use.
