Proposals must be received on or before the date and time listed above.
Pilot Point ISD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any formalities, and to accept any portion of a proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the District. All proposals are subject to the existing written policies of the Board of Trustees of Pilot Point ISD, which are incorporated as part of the contract.
The District will offer scheduled site walks for interested vendors. Participation must be coordinated through the RFP 2026-001 Site Walk Sign-Up Form
All site walks will begin promptly at the designated time at the Early Childhood Center, 829 South Jefferson Street, Pilot Point, Texas 76258.
