Student Transfers 2026-2027
Procedures for Non-Resident Student Transfer Requests
- Parent, or Legal Guardian, must complete the online Non-Resident Student Transfer Request Form for each child, based on grade level, for 2026-2027.
- The completed Non-Resident Student Transfer Request Form is electronically routed to the appropriate Campus Principal.
- Campus Principal shall consider the availability of space and instructional staff, the student’s disciplinary history and attendance records, and shall determine either to recommend or deny the applicant for transfer into the district.
- The Non-Resident Student Transfer Request Form is then electronically routed to the PPISD Administration Office with the Campus Principal's recommendation to approve or deny the applicant as a transfer student.
- The PPISD Administration Office will conduct a final review and notify by email, the Parent, or Legal Guardian, and the appropriate campus, of the status of the Non-Resident Student Transfer Request.
- If approved by both the Campus Principal and District Designee, and upon notification by the PPISD Administration Office, the Parent, or Legal Guardian, may begin the online registration process for enrollment
