Needs Assessments

Needs Assessments

To better serve our students in their social and emotional needs required to be successful in the school settings from time to time we will administer needs assessments.

The questions within will focus on factors that may affect the lives of our students and their success in the school setting. The campus professional counselor/s administering these assessments are certified and trained to write age-appropriate questions and review the data to determine the needs of our students to be more successful in school.

The overall purpose of needs assessments is to help the school counseling department shape support for specific students who self-identify in areas where they feel they may need assistance. Your child's information will not be shared with any staff memebers outside the counseling department.

Prior to administering any needs assessment - consent from parents must be given. Prior to providing consent you have the opportunity to preview the needs assessment. Please see the links below to preview before providing or denying consent to participate.

Once previewed - click Needs Assessments Survey - Consent to provide or deny consent to participate.
