Are you a certified educator in another state but not in Texas?
Please review the steps for Out-of-State Certified Educators.

Applications will be referred to hiring managers (HR director and principals) for consideration and an interview session.

If your application meets the selection process for an interview, you’ll receive an invitation to join us for an interview with a team of administrators and teachers.

If you are selected to be hired, a member of the Human Resources team will contact you about upcoming Pilot Point events for you to be involved in.

Once you are assigned to a school, HR will reach out to you to get you signed up for a Build - a - Bearcat session, our onboarding session, where you will receive important information to get you up and running as an official PPISD Bearcat.
